I think the only reason they finally emailed me back was because I filed a complaint with the BBB. My last order, they didn’t send half my items and I had to message them 3 different times over a course of a week before they emailed me back, and they pretty much ignored everything I said in the previous emails. Another thing I didn’t like was the shipping takes way too long, even with expedited shipping, that you have to pay extra for, still takes over a week. Every time I contacted customer support about it, they gave me the same mile long list of things to try that didn’t help anything. Well it turns out all the cartridges run out between 2 to 4 refills of water and they are all very inconsistent, I tried everything to fix it, I even bought a couple new lids. I received my first order and the first couple of flavor cartridges I used were inconsistent and ran out of flavor after 3 refills of water (they claim it last 6 bottle refills set on 4) so I just figured I received a bad batch or something so I emailed them and they said it might be because of one of the gaskets on my lid and gave me a mile long list of things to try and offered me 3 free cartridges for my troubles.
